Whilst the process of production for sheets and coils using typography could result in subtle differences, and this has long been recognised, due to numbers produced, by plate or cylinder, there is negligible difference in surviving quantities to command a price differentiation.
Likewise with the stamps having listed shades, these are readily discernible, though many deceive themselves with the 10Pfg dark (black) green.
The only way to ascertain which belongs to which would be to acquire sheets of these stamps, (generally available and largely not expensive) and study them yourself.
I am unaware of any specialised literature on this series with the exception of the 20Mk.
Be advised as well, the the surcharged stamps of this series Mi 258,9,60 are more often found with fraudulent or forged cancellation than with genuine comtemporary cancellations.
